Lack of Terrormisu on Survivors

I'm not sure if this is a bug or just a result of only 2-3 nodes popping up per bloodweb, but on my P100 Leon, I'm trying to get as much Terrormisu on him as possible. The problem is, since he's P100, I only get Lvl 50 bloodwebs. I can easily go 5-6 bloodwebs without seeing a single terrormisu. I have no problems on any killers in collecting a lot of it. Even other survivors who aren't anywhere close to P100 are only getting a handful. I understand the need to not offer TOO much, but it seems like, at the very least, my P100 isn't getting as many per bp spent. It's strange to punish a P100 with lack of extra offerings when so much time has been spent on those particular characters.
