PS4 - Softlock when leveling bloodweb and loading into a lobby

When completing a level on the bloodweb if you join into a lobby at around the same time that the next bloodweb is loading, the game will softlock and put you in an empty lobby with no characters, the game must be force quit and restarted to fix as you cannot quit or enter any menus as they force close.
Only tested on PS4, may be related to a slow HDD or CPU as the bloodweb freezes often when completing a level which might be making this bug more common. I have easily repeated this bug accidentally multiple times as both killer and survivor before I realized the cause.
To reproduce:
Finish a level as you load into a lobby, easily occurs over a long play session.
Reproduced on PS4, other systems may be effected (likely Xbox One and Switch)
