unusable hook on eyrie of crows

the hook was on the outside corner of the killer shack, if window is the right side then the hook is on the bottom right corner, doorway to the left on the bottom side, pallet on the top side opposite the hook. the shack spawned next to the exit gate. PC. the first time this has happened although it happened multiple times throughout the game.
