Unbreakable Pallet (RPD East Wing)

Pallet on the upstairs of the East Wing between the Chief's Office and Private Collection Rooms was bugged and unable to be broken via normal means, I didn't get a chance to test if the Party Invitation would break it but the prompt to break it normally never showed up.
