PC - Red Forest Lament Configuration Bug

When we played against Pinhead in the Red Forest, the Lament Configuration spawned inside of a tree, unreachable by survivors. It was obviously unplayable, and a game-breaking bug. This has never happened before, and I'm not sure any other way to reproduce it other thank playing on the Red Forest map with Pinhead.
