Bug with perk "Plot twist"

I noticed that after using the perk "Plot twist" and hooked, survivor does not doing any sounds of pain on hook, besides after survivor got unhooked he still does not make any sounds of pain and this effect lasts as long as survivor get healed.

    I don't know why this is marked as a duplicate. This is the only one I've seen regarding this bug with the perk Plot Twist. There are several about the Plot Twist and Unbreakable combination, but I haven't seen any other report about how after being hooked if you downed yourself with Plot Twist, you no longer leave pools of blood or make any noise. For me it seemed like it reoccured even after I was healed and got hit again.
