Blast Mine and Repressed Alliance still not working

If I'm a correct, a long time ago when Legion and Ghostface got their rework, you confirmed that Blast Mine and Repressed Alliance activating at the same time was a bug.
If this is the case, then why hasn't it been fixed yet? We have not had a single update on the possibility of the bug being fixed, which has made me and I bet many others think that this was actually an intentional change.
