Altruism builds need some love
I made a thread like this probably over a year ago at this point but I'd like to see support builds feel more rewarding considering the sacrifice you make taking them. I'm giving up personal safety to benefit my team and I feel that still needs to be better incentivized. It wouldn't take much to make them feel more impactful, just a few number bumps and some feedback via the in game HUD. Changes I'd like to see:
Better Than New: a survivor loses this when they're injured, I think bumping it up to 25% would be fair.
Leader: some sort of feedback to show you who is affected by this perk. considering the range is so small, nudging it up to 35% would likely be okay. if not, the feedback would still be really helpful.
Empathic Connection: up the heal speed to 25%, nobody has a reason to seek you out if you have this perk. 10% is a joke.
Desperate Measures: up this to 18% per person injured/hooked/downed.
Autodidact: increase the chance of skill checks proccing for at least the first 2-3 stacks.
Bite the Bullet: make it hide auras while you're healing.
Solidarity: up it to a 75% conversion rate.
Teamwork: Power of Two and Collective Stealth: i'd prefer if these were based on a timer instead of distance. in general, distance based perks are severely niche and not worth using. it doesn't have to be a long amount of time, either, 20-30 seconds would make these actually feel worth taking for me.
that's about all i can think of right now! thanks for reading :)
