Matchmaking is getting progressively worse
When I have over 2K hours in the game, 75% of which is survivor (give or take) I get 1 or 2 survivors with 1-2k hours and then a random survivor with 10-100 hours in the game.
Killer players I go against typically have 1K+ hours too and naturally dominate the new player who drags the rest of us down. Sometimes I get lucky and the Killer chases 1 of the more experienced survivors for too long and loses, but if the Killer gets the new survivor who gets hit twice in 5 seconds every chase we'll quickly be at 3v1 with 3 or 4 gens to go and lose.
Survivors with few hours in the game should face newbie killers & be teamed with other new survivors and/or bot survivors.

This is usually my experience in solo queue as well. ~4500 hrs. The killer usually has around 1000 hours, and there is almost always one teammate that is super out of place in the match with a fraction of everyone else's hours. The killer targets them relentlessly and the game is over within a minute or two. It's just not fun to have the outcome pre-determined from the lobby for the sake of instant queues.

I think it's a case of people playing with their friends that just bought the game. I introduced my friend to this game last week and we can't play together because we get insanely good killers and he just doesn't have fun at all. I told him to play alone and I would watch him on discord to give him pointers and the killer was more on his level. It would be nice to have an MMR that would average out everyone's level to the killer's. Or even not let people who are new to this game party with higher MMR players - suggesting they play on their own for a bit until they get better at it. Would be nice if I could play with him now, but it's unplayable with him being so new to the game. I'm waiting for him to get better.

Yeah, that happens to me a lot, I usually play duos with a friend and we got questionable randoms and P100 killers.
When I play killer, I always matched with SWF with P50+

This is true, I don't feel the matches we have are on equal footing. At times it feels like the Survivor knows my Killer better than I and that is no fun at all to go against. I just want to have a fun match, I want to feel like I can do something in the trial. I don't want to be some rapid comp Survivor's chew toy for 15min.

Yup, it is the biggest problem in this game. Had a match today where a P100 Blight got matched with a survivor with 100 hours in...
