Steam/PC Cross Play Never Finds a match

Platform: Steam

Issue: When disabling cross play, it indicates that a match is found but then nothing happens. The game never puts me into a lobby or times out. The message in bottom left corner says "Match Found".

I can't confirm the timeout because I've only let it sit for about 5 minutes before backing. off.

Things I've tried.

Disabling Cross Plays after it was enabled during the same session, the issue occurs as stated above.

Disabling Cross Play closing the game, restarting the game. the issue occurs as stated as above.

Enabling Cross play finds a match.

I'm not sure if its a bug or just lack of matches, however given the high volume of steam players durring blood rush weekend, it seems weird that nothing happens.
