Why doesn't The Nightmare/Freddy Kreuger have any cosmetics?
As a new player (Started 3 weeks ago) and Freddy Main, I was surprised to see that Freddy had no additional cosmetics (besides the Prestige Rewards) and I would like to know why.
Is it to due Legal Trouble or some other reason? I tried searching up any articles and all I saw was that apparently, the rights to Freddy reverted from Warner Bros to the Estate of Wes Craven via a Reddit Post.
If anyone has any information on this it would be greatly appreciated.

Basically, bhvr only have the rights to the remake of A Nightmare on Elm Street and so is only allowed to use things from that movie as that is what the license they have extends to.
Warners Bros/New Line Cinema holds full control over the remake while the original film series is co-owned between The Wes Craven Estate aka Wes Craven's family who holds the rights to the original movies within the US and Warner Bros/New Line Cinema who holds the rights to the original movies internationally.
bhvr was originally turned down by Warner Bros/New Line Cinema for use of the license to the original movies, however was offered a take it or leave it kind of deal by them with the remake instead.
Given how very strict Warner Bros is known to be with lending their properties out to other companies that aren't under their own umbrella, it's not really surprising that no new content has been added in all this time, especially since Freddy & Quentin came out before the cosmetic store was released.

besides the legal stuff, I can't even come up with stuff that could be a skin for Freddy, like my man doesn't even have any potential

Not entirely, if Warner Bros wasn't as strict as they are, we could probably have gotten some cosmetics for Quentin that he was seen using in the remake.
Also the license situation for ANOES is the same situation for the first Hellraiser movie between Park Avenue and Clive Barker which is the license bhvr has acquired for the game.
