The second iteration of 2v8 is now LIVE - find out more information here: https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/kb/articles/480-2v8-developer-update

Made for This mostly counters weak killers and is without needed drawbacks

1) Mostly weaker M1 killers are the ones that are adversely affected by Made for This

2) The endurance addition to the perk is random and doesn't match the theme of the perk and is an unnecessary buff to its already extremely potent affect

3) Movement speed is a very specific and dangerous thing to be manipulating without stringent conditions or limitations, like PWYF having to locate and drop chase with your obsession, and those stacks going away as soon as you swing your weapon, making it powerful but also situational. MFT happens anytime you are injured and doesn't exhaust you, which is far too free of an effect and can give survivors actual minutes more in chase in many loop setups. Make it more difficult to obtain this effect or have it on a duration limit like Lucky Break.

4) DO NOT BASE YOUR DECISIONS SOLELY BASED OFF OF STATISTICS. SURVIVORS RUNNING MFT WILL DIE MORE OFTEN BECAUSE THEY DO WHATEVER THEY CAN TO BE CHASED, AND MANY KILLERS WILL TAKE THE BAIT, THEREFORE KILLING THEM MORE OF THE TIME. This does not mean that they, and therefore their team, didn't benefit from the overtuned effect by occupying the killer for longer than usual only because of one perk.

5) You can say to just not chase those survivors, but when all the survivors in a lobby run it, it's impossible to ignore. We know you want to boost sales of the latest chapter, but if you continue to forsake the older playerbase, your more stable source of income will quit the game.

some player have suggested that they buff weaker killers that affect too greatly by the perk. perhaps they could invent a perk for killer that grants them 1.5%/2%/2.5% as haste effect with secondary passive. Maybe the secondary passive could be something like hearing footsteps 30%/40%/50% so you can mindgame better around loops.

the exact idea that they gave to survivor as perk was an idea i had as killer perk but I thought it was too strong so I never suggested it.

Right as they start to achieve some semblance of balance after the DH nerf, they just go off and screw it up again.

It's like they're trying to fill in the bullshit-vacuum that DH left, it's disappointing as #########.
