Has it ever been brought up to let survivors have perk abilities to diminish breathing/coughing?

Some of the more careful survivors play to their strengths when it comes to sneaking under a killers radar. More aggressive players equip perks like Off the Record to freely explore the map while injured. However there doesn't seem to be a ability that allows survivors to be experienced runners so they dont cause as much noise. Im visualizing a sort of Ninja ability that could allow a survivor to "hold their breath". Locating Survivors who play like ninjas and rats are already hard enough to find so i didnt know if it had been considered to give Iron WIll the ability to diminish coughing and puking SFX.

As coughing/puking are part of a killers power, it is probably not on the table. These killers typically rely on this side effect, some such as Plague even have add ons that activate on puke.

But I do like the idea of a 'hold breath' basekit ability, possibly with a stamina element. Mainly to silence breathing sounds, but this could reduce the volume/frequency of coughs and pukes by a small amount, say 25%. But in return, non-suppressed breathing would be slightly louder.
