Disconnected from host during loading screen, still gets timeout lock

in Bug Reporting

I was attempting to play with two friends and got into a match. Immediately from the loading screen i was put into the disconnected from host screen, and my two friends who didn't get disconnected went to the victory screen as the failsafe went off. The two of them could ready up for another match immediately but I received a 15 minute time penalty.
