Coulrophobia forces you to consume your Syringe / Styptic / Serum when failing a skill check

Description of the issue: When the killer plays Coulrophobia and you have the Coulrophobia debuff while healing with a medkit, the medkit if stacked with a Syringe, Styptic or Serum will be consumed immediately when you a fail a Coulrophobia skill check.

Platform: I guess each

How often does this occur: I noticed it two times until now

    is this with you pushing spacebar, or just failing it? Because if you hit spacebar while failing a skillcheck, it will consume your item. Even without Coulro, unless you're not hitting spacebar then it is a bug.

    Same thing with BNP also
