Complete the Evolution (Singularity achievement) bugged

I play DBD on Steam,
I earned this achievement yesterday while playing the Clown, I don't have The Singularity yet.
This achievement says: "In public matches, with The Singularity, injure or down 3 survivors who are Hindered."
You could probably re-create this simply by using Clown's purple bottles because they apply the Hindered effect. That is how it happened in the first place.
It can only occur once, it is for an achievement.
