On the map Mothers Dwelling in the Red Forest Realm. Inside the building, there is a tiny wall just sticking out (where the basement stairs can be) below the walkway above. If you fall off at the right angle and slow enough, you can sit on top of it. So unless the killer can manage to do the same, the survivor can make it impossible to pick them up.
