Perk Charms on both Killer & Survivor instead of being locked to one side

I think it would be awesome to be able to put my Reassurance charm from Rebecca on a hook to remind survivors to use it and give them a thumbs up. Could we get the perk charms to be interchangeable charms for both sides?
