in Bug Reporting

Step 1 : Down Survivor (In my case dwight)

Step 2 : Pick up Survivor

Step 3 : Have a Survivor Blind you while holding survivor

Step 4 : Have the Survivor disconnect while the drop animation is playing

Step 5 : Notice the killer cant do anything,

    Potentially related: Entering frenzy, attempting to vault a pallet, and getting blinded all in the same moment can make you unable to move or break the pallet in front of you. You can still swing in place.
