Dredge Nightfall Crotus Penn Graphics Glitch

Playing on PC on Crotus Penn Map (the one with Maurice).
Dredge starts Nightfall and weirdly opaque box roughly the size of a chest floating in mid air appears on the short corner opposite from shack near the building. Its only noticeable from one side. The box isn't noticeable when Nightfall isn't active, but once it reactivates, it reappears in the same place.
- Playing as Meg (not sure if specific but was also injured at the time).
- Crotus Penn Map (the one with Maurice)
- Playing on PC
- Using an anniversary Toolbox
- Perks - Quick & Quiet, Made For This, Resilience and Overcome
- Graphics glitch only occurs during Nightfall but happens every time Nightfall is active
