Pinheads box not spawning chains after grabbing or stealing the box.

When going to down a survivor or just simply pick up the box all survivors scream and reveal their location, but the 3 chains that are supposed to spawn on all survivors simultaneously just don't. It's been an issue for a long time on all platforms (I think). This issue happens every time you pick up or grab the box from the survivors.
