PC - Singularity achievement rewarded from playing clown

Step one: Play a game as clown. My addons were VHS porn and Party bottle. Perks were Sloppy butcher, Jolt, BBQ and Chili, Agitation. In case any of them matter.
Step two: down survivors with the hindered status effect from your Afterpiece tonic
Step three: After 3 successful downs notice the achievement "Complete the evolution" Popping up in the right corner of screen.
On july 17th i played a game of clown, and received an achievement mid match, i didn't think much of it as i don't care much about achievements. Only to later realize that it was the down 3 hindered survivors achievement from the singularity, who i do not even own.
The map was Mt. Ormand.
