I keep getting (error code 4) how do I fix it?

I'm on PC and I bought the game in the Xbox App.
I am able to open the game, go into lobby, and get into pre-game lobby. If I get lucky I can get to the offerings but it still says the prompt "Kicked from server" I have tried just about most things. I tried deleting/reinstalling the game, check the in game files to see if there's copies of the same files and there was none, closing all background apps, check my firewall and other security things, deleting/reinstalling/repairing EAC, and checked to see if maybe it was a Hardware issue because it said there may be an issue with it but they came back just fine. Maybe there's something I am missing?
