"Generate Fear" pig challenge bugged (Tome 10, Level 2)

I've been trying to get the "Generate Fear" pig challenge completed but it never works. I've tried unselecting the challenge and reselecting it, and I did the challenge many times, but it doesn't register as completed.
The challenge seems bugged
