Twins has so much counterplay
Winning with this killer is completely down to the survivors. It's literally just their fault if they loose, and if you face a group of 2 or more that know what they're doing there's a high chance you're screwed
You can dodge victor infinitely by circling a small object
You can deny victor from being a threat by holding him hostage
If you're far away from Charlotte you can hop in a locker to avoid damage and kill victor
If Victor is standing near a gen, simply crouch towards him and kick him. For some godforsaken reason you can completely remove killer instinct, and remove victors ability to defend entirely just by holding one button
Also victors hitbox is atrocious and constantly hits things that you shouldn't hit
Idk where I'm going with this post just make twins have less counterplay so the match is more even and not just an easy win for a competent survivor

Sounds like a skill issue especially in controlling victor part. Definitely you need more practice and commitment
