Wesker's Trench Coat is Bugged

Description: His idle stance in the lobby currently has an issue where the coat is puffed out too far. This isn't present in part of his slashing animation or his Uroboros grab animation in the lobby.
In fact, in the latter animation, the trench coat looks fixed.
Steps to Reproduce: Spin him 90 degrees.
How Often?: Has been present since the Wesker PTB.
