Offerings
Simple idea to make all offerings available to other characters. Limit killer offerings to only other killers, for obvious reasons. And same with survivor but I think this change could really help as I mainly leveled up new characters during the anniversary thus they get the most offerings (Terrormisus). I did try to level my mains but at P100 you only seem to have been getting 2-3 Misus per web which wasn't worth the bloodpoint sink. It would also allow players to change the killer they want to play for long periods of time without needing to play a certain character to get the benefits of the offerings.
TLDR: Make offerings global so I can play different killers and my main survivors.

This is one of the best ideas that would improve the quality of day to day gaming, that bHVR has not added yet.
