Spirit soundbug - survivors don't scream when hit

See title. This happened while playing on "the game" as spirit with rusty flute and muddy sports cap add on. It affected all survivors (3x nicolas 1x meg) for the whole match. It was harder to track their movement due to them not making any noise when hit. It only lasted 1 match but a friend reported the same to me when he tried out the buffed add ons.
