PC and Switch - Heal Prompt not activating when crouched

We think it may be related to Plot Twist and its crouching interaction.
When an injured survivor is crouched, the Heal option (to heal someone else) is not activating. They had to uncrouch both times before we could heal them.
This happened on PC and switch and the survivor needing to be healed was running Plot Twist both times.
