I was playing as Nicolas Cage with the perk Plot Twist, Tenacity, Dramaturgy and Parental Guidance. Plot twist is ment to remain inactive if you've already used it till the end game, and only activates if you down yourself, and although i used it once and there were gens left, the killer downed me, went to kick a gen while i was slowly crawling away, and i wasn't making any noise in the floor and the perk worked a second time, i was full health.

    It happened again, the killer downed me in the end game, was sluggin because i lopped her for the last 3 gens after she tunneled one other player out, and the perk Plot Twist activated eventhough i was downed by the killer.
