Game crash for 5 min ban

I don't think it's good idea that you removed "1st warning" 1 minute ban. Now that the game crashes on it's own, it will be "even better" (especially if 1 player gets kicked by programmer's mistake 3+ times). At very minimum, you should remove DC penalty when you get crash report
