Singularity Biopods unusable for entire match

Singularity power bug where the pods are place-able but cannot be accessed by pressing the power button, my power is set to ctrl and I can place them and delete them but cannot access them at all for the entire match, with seemingly no trigger or way to fix as it is immediately disabled from the very start of the match to the end.
Unknown how to reproduce as it seems random, has happened twice now out of like 8 matches and has happened even before current patch. Once on dead dawg saloon and once on RPD, unsure if map related.
