Chainhunt does not start when a survivor downs themselves with Plot Twist holding box

1: Loading into match with Cenobite
2: Pick up Lament Configuration
3: Become Injured either through chase, or prior to picking up the box
4a: Either immediately down self or bait Pinhead into a chase and down yourself before he can land the finishing blow to "solve" the box
5b: Alternatively, pick up box while inflicted with Deep Wounds and allow yourself to bleed out.
Chain Hunt will not start. I know he's disabled right now because of his hook crashing but this was also a problem prior to that. If it's intended then... that's wierd, I guess, but at least let us know if it's an intentional use of Plot Twist/bleeding out of deep wounds on purpose
