Victor spawn right on pallet

Description: If you spawn Victor too close to a pallet, you get stuck as him and can't switch back. He doesn't get destroyed either like what usually happens if he gets stuck on something or too close to an object survivors can't go to without exploiting or abusing bugs. You also can't pounce or move or anything to force it to destroy Victor.
