When you recover using plot twist while using tenacity you may start to run at unintended high speed. The issue can be caused by holding run, recover and by crawling in any direction. In my experience it happens about 1 in 4 times. In case tenacity is not the perk causing this issue the only other perks used when i experienced this issue were no mither and soul guard.
