Picking up a bot got me "stuck" the rest of the game

I downed a survivor, the survivor DC'ed and got replaced with a bot. I picked this survivor up and everything just got bugged as you can see in the video. I couldn't get stunned, do a basic attack, vault, break pallets etc. I could just walk around.
