No hooks on the bottom floor of The Game

I've just watched a streamer play as killer on "The Game" map, and they couldn't hook the first 2 people, because there was only 1 hook on the entire lower floor of The Game. No idea if it was just an aura bug, or there were really no hooks down there. It happened multiple times, so it was most likely not a huge sabo play.
They were playing as The Blight, I think Steam.

I just had killer game on "The Game" map now too. And with the same problem - there were no hooks on bottom quarter of the map (where the corner drop hole with pallet is). There was no way i could hook someone safely. (No sabo play from survivors side)
