Why does the Spin Chill perk text not match the behavior of the perk?

Spine Chill was preciously changed in the recent update involving Nicholas Cage. The new update said that if the killer was within a 36-meter range of the survivor AND looking with a clear line of sight, the survivor would be notified. Today though, July 27, 2023, the perk's language has changed back to the way it was, but the perk's behavior remains the same. "Get Notified when a killer is within a 36-meter range. If the killer is within range and is looking at you within a clear line of sight, your speed while repairing, sabotaging, healing, unhooking. cleansing, blessing, opening exit gates, and unlocking is increased by 6%. -the effects of spine chill linger for 0.5 seconds after the killer looks away or is out of range." Grammatically, the period between the "36- meter range" sentence and the "clear line of sight" sentence means that those two things are separate. The perk is therefore bugged, or the text needs to be changed.
