The game KEEPS pulling me back into the match JUST to tell me I've been disconnected from the match!

I'm getting sick of this.

It's been happening for well over a year.

On the post-match screen... whether I escaped or died, whether I press Continue or Upgrade, whether I choose Select Challenge or Claim Rewards... I get put into a loading screen as usual, BUT I don't make it to the menus. Instead I'm pulled BACK into the match JUST to be told that I've been DISCONNECTED from the match!

THEN, it finally lets me go back to the menus after that.

It's ridiculous!

    This has happened in 8 out of the 10 matches I have played tonight.

    I'm on Xbox One. Load screens take forever. I HATE sitting through them twice for no reason
