PC - Wrong action being displayed for survivors when spectating

Sometimes a survivor is on the hook or doing something else but their action displays that they are still doing gen, this happens when spectating
Frequency: Sometimes
Step 1: Join the game as a survivor
Step 2: Die or escape
Step 3: Spectate
Step 4: Look at the actions of other survivors
