For the Executive Terror Body (both normal and Deep Rift versions) there is a piece of clothing by her elbow that shouldn't be there.
The "elbow pad" that’s present in Brutal Claws (and the Deep Rift verison) Weapon Cosmetic appears again in the Body cosmetic. This can be more clearly in the menu by simply equipping the Dark Hero Outfit. It appears to only be affecting those two specific Outfits as well as no other Outfit available to the Skull Merchant has that elbow pad.
This plays during her Drone animation in the menu. Notice the "tube" hanging off her elbow.
Here is her idle menu animation. It dangles above her actual arm.
