No Mither
How about No Mither is changed so the player suffers from exposed for the entire match, instead of being injured and broken. This would keep the essence of the perk intact, whilst making it so killers can't tell who has it from the start of the match.
I won't pretend I have catalogued all the different synergies it would change, but it would mean you could use other synergies, which would open up different possibilities.
Maybe changing it so you don't show that you're injured could also be a good solution?

No. The Injured Broken is the entire challenge of it. Also it would prevent things like Hatchets from insta downing. The only change it needs to to completely nullify grunts of pain instead of just 75%

The devs have stated that the being injued is a very important part of the perk, because there are perks that focus around being injured and No Mither allows survivors to get these benefits immediately instead of waiting to get injured.

That's a shame. It would be nice if you could run No Mither without making yourself a target straight off the bat.

I'd argue against this; the reason iron will was changed was because nullifying grunts of pain by 100% literally makes you silent; not even any breathing noises (which are a thing killers listen for). Something else should be done to make it a bit better

Yeah but Iron Will doesn't force you to be injured and broken the entire match. It's definitely a fair trade.

The problem with No Mither is everyone knows you’re running it from the get-go.
