PC - Nurse 2nd blink bug

Step 1 : Boot the game

Step 2 : Play as nurse in public or private match

Step 3 : In-game, blink one time, then while going to the location, press m2 to start charging the 2nd blink asap.

Step 4 : Notice that you dont start charging the 2nd blink.
