Won't complete challenge and challenge screen won't show

I'll try to complete a challenge in the new tome, and the challenge slide won't show, I'm on PS4 and I just got access to Playing again, and I've completed the blue glyph challenge and it shows it's not completed, this isn't the first time my challenge hasn't been completed, it did the same thing on the last tome (the anniversary tome) as well. But the challenges being hidden from my screen is new. I have to completely back out onto the home screen and access the tome from there just to check my progress or select a new one
