I think in my opinion changing the shards price of perks you already have on tier 3 (Exchange for bp) should be around 250-500 not whooping 2000.

This would ensure that the exchange actually feels like one instead of throwing away your shards, getting 2k shards vs 100k is a big difference since the latter can be done within a single game.
