Killer need things to help out with gen rushing and speed . Like how servivers have Gabriels perk for speed

    How is gabriel's perk genrushing?

    If we are talking scavenger - it actually does not speed the gen progress in the slightest. The debuff will cancel out all the progress you can get from using the toolbox - so to get any value from the perk, you need to stop repairing the generator during this debuff and do anything else during this time (like going for unhooks, cleanse hex totems, loop the killer, etc).

    The only true benefit is to be able to burst gens (when actually repairing the generator, you spend less time on them). This means the perk does not help with genrush in any capacity at all. It only helps against being interrupted by killer and against gen regression perks. This is also the reason why the perk is hardly used at all
