Hooligan Mohawk for David bug

Playing on PC, David main. I use this Mohawk all the time for him, and after todays update I booted up the game to find he's balding! It shows up like this on all of my friends games too, despite it not being an issue with graphic settings. Any way to fix? Taking the cosmetic off and putting it on again does not seem to fix it.

Exact same for me on both colours. 2070 super GPU. Doesn't matter who plays it me or another person. Still shows like this.
