Nurse Getting Stuck in Toba Landing

This was in a PC game on the map Toba Landing. Nurse was stuck in some rocks underneath the main building. I am not sure how the nurse got stuck here. She was clearly stuck and blinked multiple times to try to get out. She could not get out at all and remained stuck until the end of the trial. I am unable to upload a video but here is an image of her being stuck.

    This is an issue since the ptb. It happens when you try to blink onto the stairs from the top. I was able to blink out though.
