Keeps crashing on my Xbox Series X

Like the title says, the game on my Series X keeps crashing but I have no idea as to why. I can go to every menu in the game for about 5~ minutes and then the game just closes. Sometimes it closes when I open the game up. Just wondering how I could or if i even can fix this.
