Game crashes on my Xbox Series X

I tried to bug report it but they said it sounded like a technical issue. On a Series X. So i'm just wondering if there's any help i could get to try and fix this? I'm not sure what makes it happen but I get in the game and can be on it for about 5 minutes, then it just freezes and crashes. Sometimes it crashes when I boot the game up. I can navigate every menu just fine and queue up for games, but it crashes before I can get into one.
